Room to Groove

So, Mike and I are getting married in March and with that comes the addition of all my stuff into his house. His house is great and it has a ton of closet space, BUT...a lot of that closet space is already being used. Mike has graciously offered to build out the master closet so we'll have room for my clothes, but what about my bathing suits, sports bras, scarves and pashminas??

Furniture re-do to the rescue! My sister and I have been planning a yard sale - going through all of our stuff that has accumulated at my parents' over the years. We came across this little chest of drawers that was once used in our nurseries and childhood rooms and has since been in the attic.

Light bulb! What if I refinished it and put it in the guest room closet (which will store our seasonal clothes) and use it for my miscellaneous drawer dwellers?

To all the other DYers out there, you'll appreciate this...I kept the wooden knobs on the pre-redo drawers and I'm going to decoratively paint them for another cute project!
