My Y has this little video game area where kids can play Rockband and Guitar Hero. My twin - a little chunky, with glasses, and a fairly good attempt at trying to be fashionable despite her size and vision issues, was sitting in front of Rockband, with the microphone and was singing along to Taylor Swift – by herself. Just her own little personal karoke.
It was a sad and funny flashback to The Gary Veit Show where I performed Madonna's "True Blue" to my mix tape in front of the family video camera circa 1990.
Tragic.
